Order Status
My Order arrived damaged
  When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please submit a request for a Return Materials Authorization #. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Customer Service will respond within five days of receipt of the RMA Request with a RMA# and return details. No return can be processed without a RMA#

Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities, add or cancel an item in my order during the Open Order Period?
  The Order Open Period is 5 calendar days after the Order in placed or when processed if sooner in the case of immediate orders.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that outside the Open Order Period the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please immediately contact customer service for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those items we were unable to produce within the specified shipping window and a shipping extension was granted.

At the time it is known that a shipping delay will occur or that an item will not be produced, we shall contact you to see if you wish the item to be placed on backorder (where available) and have it shipped as soon as ready or cancel the item. A revised estimated shipping window will be given at that time.
