|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping costs are calculated at the time of shipping using an established and reputable shipping company (UPS, Fedx, DHL USPS etc). The actual shipping cost will be added to your order and charged at the time same time as your shipment.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 5 days of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
|All Sales are final. Claims for defects, damages or shortages must be made no later than five (5) calendar days upon receipt. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for replacement, or where no suitable replacement is available store credit or refund. No returns are accepted without a return approval authorization number RMA#.

|When will my order ship?|
|Your order will ship within the specified shipping window noted on the Order. Should there be any change in the shipping window you will be contacted by customer service.
Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
